What is your return policy?
RAY BILLIARDS offers a 30-day-money-back guarantee for all orders placed on our website. If you’re not satisfied with the products, we’ll email you a prepaid USPS shipping label and you can return them for a full refund. (Initial shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii will not be refunded.)
RAY BILLIARDS does not refund purchases from other retailers.
Please get in touch with support@raybilliards.com for information on returning a product purchased at an event.
Cancel Order
If you need cancel an order placed in our store, please contact support@raybilliards.com, we will try to cancel it it has not been shipped yet, if it is shipped, then we can't cancel the order. You will need return it for a refund after you receive it later.
Exchange Policy
What is your exchange program?
RAY BILLIARDS offers a 30-day exchange program for US and Canadian customers that allows for the exchange of colors and sizes, regardless of where the headphones were purchased, as long as the purchase has been within the past 30 days.
To begin the exchange process, contact support@raybilliards.com. They’ll provide a prepaid USPS shipping label to return your cues. Once we receive them, we’ll send the exchange.
